Zeaclub may collect information that you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, company name, account and profile information, information you submit through Zeaclub, and support or communication records.

We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, application logs, authentication events, and usage and security information.

2. Google Account Information

When you choose to connect your Google Account to Zeaclub, Zeaclub may receive basic Google profile information such as your name, email address, and account identifier.

Zeaclub only accesses Google Account data after you explicitly authorize access through Google's OAuth consent process. You may disconnect your Google Account from Zeaclub at any time.

3. Gmail Data Access

Zea Match may request access to Gmail data in order to provide email-based shipping intelligence and workflow features.

Depending on the permissions you grant, Zea Match may process information contained in authorized emails, including sender and recipient information, email subjects, timestamps, message content, message identifiers, attachments where required for the requested functionality, and related metadata.

Zeaclub only requests Google permissions necessary to provide the features offered to the user.

4. How Zea Match Uses Gmail Data

Zea Match uses authorized Gmail data to identify and extract shipping-related information, including cargo opportunities, vessel positions, vessel details, commodities, quantities, loading and discharge locations, laycan information, and related commercial shipping information.

Relevant information may be converted into structured shipping data so Zea Match can organize opportunities, provide search and filtering, identify potential matches, and provide related maritime workflow features.

Google user data is not used for unrelated advertising or marketing purposes.

5. AI Processing

Zeaclub may use artificial intelligence and automated processing to analyze authorized content and extract information required to provide Zeaclub features.

Where necessary, data may be securely transmitted to service providers acting on Zeaclub's behalf for processing required to provide the requested functionality.

Zeaclub does not use Google user data to train publicly available or generalized artificial intelligence models.

6. Email Storage and Retention

Zeaclub is designed to minimize the retention of original email content. Email data may be processed temporarily as necessary to extract relevant structured shipping information, operate the service, maintain security, troubleshoot processing, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Where structured shipping information is extracted from an email, that structured information may be retained as part of the Zea Match service.

7. Attachments

Where a user authorizes Gmail access and an email contains an attachment relevant to the requested Zeaclub functionality, Zeaclub may process supported attachments to extract relevant shipping information.

8. How We Share Information

Zeaclub does not sell Google user data or email content. We may share information with service providers only where necessary to operate, secure, support, or provide Zeaclub services, or where required by applicable law.

9. Google API Services User Data Policy

Zeaclub's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

10. Security

Zeaclub uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. No system can guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Choices and Data Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. You may also disconnect supported third-party integrations such as Google from Zeaclub.

12. Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of your Zeaclub account or associated personal data, contact us at privacy@zeaclub.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

13. International Data Processing

Zeaclub and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you are located, subject to applicable legal requirements and appropriate safeguards.
